Immigrants and immigration!migrating from ones birth place to another takes a lot of efforts and determination, now determination in one man may mean desperation in another.I am really ashamed at what is going on this past month in melilla, the rate by which africans from the sub sahara region trops into spain is really alarming!what enfontary?why come into some one elses house through the window?why cant we Africans for once see things the other way round?Africa had gone through its own share of colonialism and slavery, going back to the path of history, the whiteman came to Africa bringing us religion and trade which ended in colonialism trickry i call that but they had enough education and political power at their disposal in getting our permission and sign is into slavery unknownly with the help of our kings. Now i want to ask a question here, why are we so determined or desperate coming into the whitemans abod without his permission?i mean in form of obtaining a visa?ok,coming in in such a disgraceful way what benefit are we planing to get? These youngmen coming in daily had little or no education, are they here to be educated and get a good life afterwards or selling themselves to menial jobs as usual?

africans in diaspora and the economy

Hi there¡its summertime how are you enjoying the holiday? There are lots of issues screaming to be addressed at the moment that leaves a sour taste in the mouth but not withstanding life is full of pressing issues and must be addressed and solved, these issues ranges from economic problems in the eurozone which necessitated the exodus of immigrants from one euro country to another seeking a better living, few have gone back to their birthplace Africa with a hope of starting something lucrative only to discover that they are no longer welcome or fitted into the system anymore·This single dilemma is such a disturbing aspect that challenges an AFrican in diaspora!is this an indication that the african in diaspora is no longer welcome in his/he birthplace? There a lot of Africans here that had worked hard over the years and were able to construct a home for themselves and their family in the event of going back home, but it seems home is no longer home for them, their birthplace AFRICA is an illusion,a dream,a place in the past that couldnt correspond with the present and the near future!so i ask what is the solution to this dilemma?stay where your kindred spirit is or ··········· go back to your your origin when the going gets tough?

We got to talk about some pressing issues here!it really hurts to see women do all sorts of things in searce for money. What! i know in diaspora it really does not matter what one does, i mean what manner of job you do, just make sure those at home are comfortable by sending them money, but come to think of it! WERE YOU THE CAUSE OF THE POVERTY IN YOUR FAMILY OR COUNTRY?WILL YOUR GIVING THEM MONEY CHANGE THE SITUATION IN AFRICA?Just sit down and ask yourselves these questions before you go about struggling without giving yourselves a better life. Many here are dealing in drugs, young africans roaming the streets at night, doing drugs, stealing  credit cards from tourists, stealing mobile fone, the girls? a shameful bunch, unspeakable things they do!The old profession on planet earth, but that is not enough! They have the consent of their very parents to be sold by MADAMS and are eslaving themselves here all because they want their parents and siblings to be comfortable! What nonsense!
I was priviladged to be called upon by the Red Cross to help out a young mother, who came in through the high seas into Europe, she happens to be from my country and i was determine to help, she came in preganant without documents,Red cross in collaboration with the Missionaries of Charity, helped her got a place to stay, she gave birth to twin and all hands were on deck to make sure she wascomfortable, i became very intrested in her case and help at best as i could, calling her family back home to help in sending her birth certificate so the authorites here could get her registered and so on..............after seven months i noticed she has became restless, complainng of money,feeding....so on so forth, i offered to feed her with the type of food she really liked but behold her complaining continues to get worse,at the end, we were able to get her passport done and for the twin too, some days later, she picked her bags, carried the children and went off to another state. What was really chasing her? i ask myself?i asked her if she was owing a sponsor or so called Madam, she said NO,that she was sponsored by the father of the twin across the sea.The last i heard from her was that she had left the twin with a nanny and have gone hustling, and i ask myself?WHAT IS THE SPIRIT BEHIND HUSTLING? TO MAKE A LIVING OR TO SHOW THE WORLD YOU HAVE ARRIVED?

A big welcome back  to my blog, hey viewers hows life with you?Life, life, life, the meaning is survival for those that lives in diaspora. The past years have recorded the mass EXODUS of most people that left their HOMES for Greener Pastures, the search for greener pastures is the purpose for the movements, now,my question is how long are we going to move from place to place searching for a better living? I have always concluded that home is home wherever i am living and earning a living and if my desire for a better living is not met, i look for an option within my vicinity.Tell me? what is the possibility that the other country or state you are moving to is better than what you left?

XMAS IN AFRICA

I m back after a long time off blogging, motherhood is a very challenging job and the joy of caring for ones children is the joy of a mother.Christmas once again, i love the feelings of the Yuletide period,it gives me a lot of memories as a child back in Africa in those day,i am elated by my new outfit which i cant wait to display on the d-day.Nostalgia is an occurring factor which prevails in the minds of Africans in diaspora, when ever it comes to festive period like this and i am not exempted. In comparison to festivities in the world where we are now,i found out it s more fun to me celebrating Xmas in the ways which i knew from childhood (don't blame me) playing all night through with fire crackers, attending Xmas carol, visiting friends and celebrating, on the streets you see children singing in my neighborhood,¨Christmas dey come mama buy shoe for me¨,over here its a different world, the developed society have provided us with everything we needed, glittering Xmas lights and trees on the streets, gifts for children, fun fare .....the list is endless... but no neighborhood,no going to my neighbors to shout merry Xmas and eat the normal Xmas treat.

POLITICS,POWER AND PAINS

An African adage once said ¨¨A man that swallows the palm kernel seed should consider the hole in his anus¨¨Africa has a very rich heritage, culture and language which I am very proud of, most at times I refer to these adages to guide and retrace my steps when I am going astray. the African adage to me is just like reading the Christian bible daily for guidelines, with such rich cultural heritage, I stop and wonder why most African leaders tends towards tyranny, kleptocracy, nepotism etc.Humans naturally are very greedy specie of animals, Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas, almost the world as a whole has a monarchical ruler, now this monarchs believes their position is eternal or an inheritance, when they dies their children takes over, now what am I driving at? Queen Elizabeth have been on the throne before I was born and she is still ruling, though with a prime minister as a result of the new madness called democracy, other European countries too still maintains the traditional form of government.Furthermore, as an African, I know that there are traditional rulers too with the same rules like queen Elizabeth, Rey Juan Carlos and the likes, but with colonialism how do the colonialist expect their African counterpart to understand the rules? A warrant officer during colonial government with little education and more of military training will never understand human right rules and the likes, kings are never voted for, so how do you expect the likes of Robert Mugabe to leave his post as president. In 1970 legislative and presidential election was held and Mobutu won 99% of the popular vote in an election where voting was compulsory and he was the sole candidate. He was re-elected in single-candidate elections in 1977 and 1984.Yesterday history repeated itself,Mughabe the sole candidate got majority of Zimbabwean vote, also history too will yet repeat it self when Mr. Mugabe’s reign and life will end like Idi Amin of Uganda, Charles Taylor of Liberia and Gen Sanni Abacha of Nigeria. A MAN THAT BRINGS ANT INFESTED FAGGOT TO HIS HOME SHOULD NOT BE SURPRISE WHEN HE IS VISITED BY THE LIZARD!!!!!!!!!!

JOBS AND WARS

What is happening in the world’s economy is really amazing, I am not an economist or very good with formulas but what I read daily on stock exchange market is catastrophic. The US stock exchange downslide affected Afria,Asia and European countries, everyday one sector is affected beginning from January this year, it began with shares/bonds, banks, housing, manufacturers, producers, in the past few days fishermen and transporters. The later really caused a sensation in the lives of consumers, the bulk of fruit and fish eaters were hard hit. Now the bone of contention is how these whole drama affects the immigrant, unemployment has risen from 10 percent in January to 70 percent in May, most job agents don’t have jobs to offer to the bulk of unemployers searching for jobs, the little jobs available were given to fellow citizens so, what is the plight of the immigrant? Reflecting on the recent happenings in South Africa, the southerners claims that the immigrants from Mozambique and surrounding countries have taken their jobs and there are no jobs left for them, QUE RABIA! My question is what is this thing against immigrants? An African man living just a doorstep from his homeland is being murdered for gaining employment!
